Skippy can be a difficult patient but the vet's assistant knew exactly how to handle him as did the vet. This was the most pleasant trip to the vet we've ever had (yearly check-up) and as I mentioned, that's not easy because Skippy can be such a difficult patient. The check-out process was easy and everyone was very kind and caring.
