Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority, so occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please know that we sincerely attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, ‘drop-off’ appointments are available. A ‘drop off’ means you can drop your pet off with us in the morning to stay for a check-up during the day. The doctors will examine and treat your pet in between appointments. Once the doctor is done, they’ll call you to review the diagnosis, discuss treatment options, and give you discharge instructions. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date for drop-off appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

We make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, but they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. All patients must be on a leash or in a carrier while in the waiting room—including any exotic species such as rabbits.

Payment Policy

For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also recommend ScratchPay and CareCredit as payment alternatives.
